Good legacy is what a responsible parent strives to leave behind before embarking on a journey of no
return. As we all know, kids tend to emulate things happening in their immediate environment. As they
are growing up, parent need to be more careful the way the disseminate information as well as what
they do in the presence of the young ones as well as not to lead them astray. Therefore parent needs to
do things that will add value to the lives of their children, rather than the ones that will destroy their
future.
Although they are numerous priceless legacies ranging from good moral values, discipline, money,
house, good education and other valuables just to mention but a few. But more importantly, good
morals standard, couple with good academic background play significant role predominantly in the life
of the children for them to have a bright future.
A parent can inherit so much wealth and leave behind for the children, but the question is, can the
wealth stand the test of time without the backup of priceless legacy? No!
If you are going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that cannot be erased. Remember that
our finger prints do not fade from the lives we touch: what does it mean to leave a legacy? Have you
ever thought about the world you will leave behind? This is food-for-thought for parent. Therefore I
challenge you today; to wake up from your slumber and do the needful for the children now and always,
for a better future.
